Twin Cities FED UP! Local Rally

August 31^st is International Overdose Awareness Day. Local rallies were held all over the country through the FED UP! Coalition to raise awareness on the opioid epidemic. Steve Rummler Hope Foundation hosted a rally at a Federal Building in Downtown Minneapolis. Jenny McCourt (pictured) trained attendees in Naloxone and those who were trained got to take home their own Naloxone kit to potentially save a life one day. Attendees were also invited to bring a pair of shoes of their lost loved ones, they were then tagged with the names of the lost loved ones to resemble the impact this epidemic has had on so many.
