US Senator Seeks Answers from Pharmaceutical Company, Why the Increase in Price?

The price of naloxone, the life-saving medication which may reverse an opioid overdose, has increased sharply over the past few years. From 2009 to 2014 the prices have increase by nearly 600 percent. The Senate Aging Committee is demanding answers from Pfizer, one of the colossal pharmaceutical companies producing the medication.
