Naloxone Training: Prevent Opioid Overdose

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Location: Lund’s Community Room – Uptown Minneapolis Lund’s Store, 1450 West Lake Street, Minneapolis

At this training you will learn:

  • What naloxone (Narcan) is
  • How it works when administered to a person who has overdosed
  • How to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose
  • When to give naloxone to a person who has overdosed
  • THIS IS NOT A CPR CLASS

Upon completion, you will leave with a naloxone kit, if desired.

We request a $50 donation per person although no one will be turned away regardless of ability to pay.
