Training First Responders in Willmar, MN

On November 18, 2015, SRHF held their first rural “First Responder Train the Trainer” class for opioid overdose prevention in Willmar, MN. Lead by Dr. Paul Satterlee with support from Michon Jenkin. Representative Dave Baker (Chief Author in the House responsible for the passage of $290,000 to fund MN first responders to have naloxone) his wife Mary Baker, and many outstanding first responders from the Southwest and Central MN EMS Regions attended; they will now train their colleagues to utilize this life-saving tool!
