Upcoming Webinar: 2/9/21 Virtual Naloxone Training

The Steve Rummler HOPE Network will be hosting virtual naloxone trainings, open to the public, every second Wednesday of the month in 2021. The training lasts about an hour, beginning at 5 PM (CT). This free training is open to all, and participants will receive a naloxone kit either by mail (in MN) or pickup at one of our Naloxone Access Points.

During this training you will learn:

  • How to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose
  • What naloxone/Narcan is
  • How it works when administered to an individual who has overdosed
  • When to give naloxone to a person who has overdosed
  • Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to receive an overdose prevention kit
  • THIS IS NOT A CPR CLASS
