The Steve Rummler HOPE Network is recruiting for two Recovery Project Coordinator positions through Recovery Corps to join our Overdose Prevention team!

The Minnesota Recovery Corps is an 11-month program, sponsored by AmeriCorps, that pairs people passionate about recovery with organizations serving affected communities around the state.

Our Recovery Project Coordinators will support SRHN’s ODP Program by hosting community Overdose Response trainings, working with our Community Trainer group, coordinating volunteer kit assembly, and assisting our ODP Manager with day-to-day activities related to supply maintenance and community outreach.

Essential qualifications to participate in Minnesota Recovery Corps:

  • Must be 18 years of age, a US citizen, national, or legal permanent resident, and a high school graduate (or GED recipient)

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships in both 1-1 and group settings
  • Demonstrated experience with intermediate computer skills (word processing, internet, data entry, e-mail, comfort with database and software use, etc.)
