What do you know about naloxone and overdose response? Naloxone is a life-saving medication that anyone can carry! It is used to reverse opioid overdoses, including overdoses due to fentanyl. We offer free, overdose response trainings for students that take around 45-60 minutes. During this course, you will learn about:

  • Key information about opioids and the ongoing opioid crisis
  • The dangers of fentanyl
  • How to identify the signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose
  • What naloxone is and how to administer it
  • Where and how you can access naloxone

At the end of your training you will have the opportunity to bring home a free naloxone kit, and receive a certificate of completion. Become a naloxone-carrier and request a group training! For any questions, email: ODP@rummlerHOPE.org
