Steve Rummler Day at Target Field and a Twins Victory!

The 2nd Annual Steve Rummler Day at Target Field was a big success … with about 150 Foundation fans participating in the pre-game BBQ at the Farmers Market in Minneapolis.  Steve’s bandmates from the GooneyBirds entertained the crowd.  There was great food and a live auction led by master auctioneer Omar Yamoor.  Others joined us at the game as we filled the bleachers with a block of purple t-shirts donated by Signature Concepts of Minnetonka, MN.  The Twins provided a victory, and we heightened awareness of the epidemic of prescription drug addiction and overdose deaths.  Thank you to our great committee led by co-chairs Jane Boller and Lynne Billings.  We raised money to provide hope for those with chronic pain and addiction.
