H.O.P.E. Rural Forum: Virginia

About the Event

The Steve Rummler HOPE Network and area partners are teaming up to address the overdose crisis in greater Minnesota. This is a free community event and CEU learning opportunity that will bring together community members, local organizations, treatment providers, students and others for a day of learning, networking, and resource sharing.

The day will include:

• Live presentations on topics including, but not limited to, substance use disorder, overdose prevention, stigma, treatment, recovery, pain management, harm reduction, etc.
• A community resource fair
• An opioid overdose response training and free IM naloxone kit for attendees
• Networking + lunch
• An opportunity to earn CEU’s

Continuing Education

Up to 4 CEUs for:

• Alcohol and Drug Counselors (ADC-MN, ADCR-MN)
• Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselors (AADCR-MN)
• Clinical Supervisors (CCSR)
• Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS, CPRSR)
• Prevention Professionals (CPP, CPPA, CPPR)
• Nurses (RN, APRN, LPN)
• Social Workers (LICSW)
