Naloxone and Test Strips

Wabasha county residents can now get naloxone and test strips delivered right to their door! We offer mail delivery as well as pickup from our Naloxone Access Points (NAPs). Steve Rummler HOPE Network has over 200 NAPs across the state of MN, where anyone can walk-in and get a naloxone kit, no questions asked. Check out our NAP map for all locations and hours.

Overdose Response Training

Learn how to respond to an overdose and administer naloxone. Steve Rummler HOPE Network offers a variety of training options, including a self-paced online course, in-person trainings, and weekly webinars on Zoom. Our trainings take about an hour and all participants receive a certificate of completion.
