Naloxone and training
Steve Rummler HOPE Network (Intramuscular Naloxone)
SRHN provides free intramuscular/IM (syringe and vial) naloxone kits and training. All training attendees receive their own kit. Kits can also be picked up at any of our Naloxone Access Points (NAPs), located all over the state.
Nasal Naloxone Spray (NARCAN®)
In September 2023, NARCAN® nasal naloxone was made available as an over the counter medication at many retail stores and pharmacies. The cost for a two dose pack is around $45. NARCAN® can be purchased in-store and online through select retailers.

Minnesota Recovery Connection
A Recovery Community Organization (RCO) led and governed by representatives of local communities of recovery. They honor all pathways to recovery and seek to fill gaps in systems of care, connecting people to support and services that help make long-term recovery from substance use disorder possible.
