  • Minnesota Warmline

    The Minnesota Warmline provides a peer-to-peer approach to mental health recovery, support and wellness. Calls are answered by our team of professionally trained Certified Peer Specialists, who have first hand experience living with a mental health condition.

    The Warmline provides a safe, anonymous and confidential environment to connect with people who are here to listen and help. Peer specialists are available from 5PM-9AM (7 days a week).

    Call 2-1-1 for information on where to get help in your community.
    The implementation of 2-1-1 is spearheaded by United Ways and information and referral agencies in states and local communities.

    FastTracker (MN) is a searchable online tool for statewide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services to quickly identify SUD services and openings statewide (choose Addictions, Chemical Dependency, or Detoxification in the “Search for Clinics” section of the website).

    Continuum Care Center (CCC) is a grassroots culturally specific non-profit RCO led by members of the recovery community that provides resources to promote long-term recovery and improve the quality of life while building recovery capital.

    CCC work with other community service providers and organizations to help individuals navigate barriers to recovery, providing culturally appropriate peer support services and resources to the most vulnerable population. These nonclinical services support those individuals in homeless shelters, camps, treatment centers and those seeking support when dealing with substance use disorders.

  • Doc’s Recovery House

    Doc’s Recovery House is a recovery community organization and sober living community that provides recovery housing and peer support to individuals pursuing a life of recovery from addiction in Rochester, Minnesota.

    Doc’s Recovery House offers pre-treatment housing for individuals looking for somewhere to start their recovery journey; recovery housing after substance use disorder treatment; and long-term recovery housing and peer recovery support to connect you to all of the things recovery has to offer.

Support Groups

  • All Recovery Meetings

    The Minnesota Recovery Connection hosts regular “All Recovery Meetings”. These free meetings offer peer-to-peer, strengths-based support for anyone seeking mutual aid and connection. We honor all pathways to recovery – harm reduction, medication assisted recovery, 12-steps, SMART Recovery, yoga – and are open to recovery allies, family members and concerned others.

  • Narcotics Anonymous

    Narcotics Anonymous offers addicts a way to live drug-free. If you are not sure you’re an addict, don’t worry about it; just keep coming to our meetings. You will have all the time you need to make up your own mind.

  • Alcoholics Anonymous

    Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.

  • SMART Recovery

    Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a popular alternative to 12-step programs. Uses cognitive therapy techniques, and seeks to change behaviors that trigger substance misuse.

    Minnesota Alternatives is one group in MN utilizing SMART strategies.

  • Secular Organizations for Sobriety (or Save Our Selves)

    SOS (Secular Organizations for Sobriety) is a nonprofit network of autonomous, non-professional local groups, dedicated solely to helping individuals achieve and maintain sobriety/abstinence from alcohol and drug addiction, food addiction and more for over 30 years.

  • Wellness in the Woods Support Group

    Wellness in the Woods provides a Virtual Peer Support Network (VPSN) hosted via Zoom weekly. VPSN was designed in response to the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic with the intent to decrease isolation in an all-inclusive, non-judgmental, and safe environment.
